I was approached by the company Gloriously Vegan to try their Noochy Licious brand of nutritional yeast. After receiving the bag, I posted it on Mrs. Plant Community on Facebook (join us!), and a couple of people were concerned about it's higher pricing. So, I contacted the company to confirm the reason why, though I had a suspicioun as to what the reason was. Many other manufacturers fortify their nooch with synthetic additives. Gloriously Vegan is offering a 100% organic form of nooch, which is hard to come by.Anyway, if you are looking for a clean version of nutritional yeast flakes that taste fabulous, check out this new brand of 100% organic nooch!
