1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 T cacao powder (use cocoa powder if you don't have it)
1 ripe banana, broken into pieces
1 T ground flaxseeds
1 T black raisins, more to garnish if desired
1 1/4 cup water
1 T chopped walnuts
a few raw buckwheat groats for garnish
Cook above over medium heat until desired consistency. Mash the banana in as it heats. Make sure everything is mixed in well. Top with chopped walnuts, a few more raisins, and buckinis (raw buckwheat groats), if desired.
