Oven-Roasted Potatoes


You don't need oil (no matter what anyone tells you) to roast potatoes. Simply fire up your oven to 400 degrees, wash and slice some potatoes (I love Yukon Golds!) about 1/4 inch thick. Place them on a parchment-paper or non-stick foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with seasonings and bake for 20-30 minutes, watching them closely to prevent burning.

I love mine with Bragg's Organic Seasoning and a bit of sea salt!
