Let's talk about EGGS. Many people believe eggs are healthy, but they do not realize that a single large egg contains 5 fat grams (2 grams of which are saturated fat!), which is 63% fat. They contain ZERO fiber and 211 mg of cholesterol! For the 6 grams of protein you get from an egg, you're WAY better off having a 1 cup of cooked lentils, which contains only 1 fat gram, 16 whopping grams of protein, NO cholesterol, and 16 grams of dietary fiber!
People...we need to learn more about nutrition. I personally did not know any of this 3 years ago. The world doesn't want you to know this so they can sell more products!
