Black Bean Brownie Popsicles

1 can organic black beans, rinsed and drained
6 medjool dates, pitted and soaked in water for 15 minutes
14 oz. cashew milk, soy milk, or lite coconut milk (from a can)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 t. vanilla extract

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until very smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until firm.
