Here is an easy whole foods snack that we like to have from time to time. I use this nifty chopper that I got on Amazon.com to make it. I chop the apples and walnuts in it together.

1 Fuji apple, chopped finely
1 T. walnuts, chopped finely
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 T. red wine
Serve on whole grain matzoh or crackers.
